  • West House is the primary residence for Yaddo artists during the winter months. It is the second largest building on the site, this 9,500 sf structure was built in the 1890's to serve as a home for the estate's farm superintendent

  • 2001 and 1996 – Complete exterior and interior renovation and restoration   Work included window renovation and replacement and extensive exterior restoration 

  • 2004 – Work included plumbing and electrical upgrades, installation of a sprinkler system, and providing handicapped accessibility
