A conditions survey and historic analysis for all 30 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places was completed in 1992. The report served as a guideline for capital improvements and fund raising programs over a ten year period

In 2005 all the buildings were reevaluated and the conditions survey was updated to extend the program over the next ten year period
