Completion:  2009 and 2007

  • Renovation of the 1909 Garage/Office Building after a fire damaged the interior of the structure

  • Work included creating a fire separation between the maintenance garage and the offices

  • Separation of the administration offices and guest services facilities and design on a new guest lounge, library and media room
