  • In 1930 the Pigeon Barn was converted into studios for the artists

  • In 2002 a new dark room and visual artist studios were renovated on the first floor and an unused attic was transformed into two artist sleeping quarters with private baths

  • The building also underwent exterior restoration of the façade and the slate roof

  • Originally used to house the herd of cows and flock of sheep

  • In 2005 in underwent a complete exterior and interior  renovation and restoration

  • Work included bathroom upgrade, electrical upgrades, stone pointing, stucco restoration, and new roofing
