60,000 sf commercial and theatre project 

The building is both a renovation and new construction project. Originally built as a single story grocery store, the original roof of the building was raised approximately 10 feet to accommodate 11 theatres ranging in size from 100 seat to a 350 seat “BMX” theatre 

A “wrapping” building adds 18,000 sf to the first floor and approximately 13,000 sf of office space and floors 2 and 3
