  • Façade elements were designed to meet Holiday Inn Worldwide standards and the historic character of Saratoga Springs while still remaining contextual with the classic 1960's building

  • Redesign of the exterior of the existing conference and restaurant wing

  • Design of a new four story addition to the residential portion of the existing hotel including 6 two-room suites and 12 King rooms

  • The new addition of masonry and plank construction represents a compromise of Holiday Inn Worldwide standards and the historic character of Saratoga Springs while still remaining contextual with the classic 1960's building

  • Work also included interior renovation of existing guest corridors and rooms of the existing 150-room hotel
